Lotte is a licensed psychotherapist and family therapist from the Netherlands. She lives and works in Utrecht and has extensive experience with individuals facing insecure attachment, personality disorders, trauma, and depression. In addition to EFT, she is trained in Schema Therapy and EMDR. Lotte collaborates with colleagues in a private practice, where she sees couples, families, individuals, and supervisees. She also conducts Hold Me Tight programmes for couples, therapists, and partners. Alongside ICEEFT trainer Karin Wagenaar, she inspires Dutch therapists to enhance their EFT skills by offering various training sessions, masterclasses, and webinars. Lotte is committed to supporting, growing, and inspiring the Dutch EFT community and supervisors so that everyone can learn together. Her clients and trainees describe her as loving, attuned, clear, and upbeat.

Besides her love for Emotionally Focused Therapy and the difference she can make in people’s lives with this wonderful model, she also loves travelling, movies, reading, belly laughs, and chocolate. And, of course, she loves her friends, partner, and children more than anything else in the world.
